Frequently asked questions

Where do I find my container reference?

On the receipt given at drop-off and in the departure confirmation e-mail. It is the reference of your container, not the tracking number of an individual parcel.

When does the reference become active?

At departure. Between drop-off and the vessel being loaded, the container is still in Duisburg: the page may show "At the depot" or find nothing.

Why has the status not changed?

A container stays at the same status for several days: loading, waiting for a vessel, crossing. Between two ports of call, the position does not move. A weekly update is enough to follow the shipment.

Can I track a vehicle separately?

Tracking works per container. If your vehicle travels in an identified container, its reference follows that container. For a shared load, contact us and we will tell you the current stage.

A question about a specific shipment?

Tracking shows the container stage; it does not say where each box is. For a question about your shipment, write or call us: we will look at your file.
