Live away from Duisburg? Drop your boxes at one of our partner points, or ask for a home collection. Either way, your goods reach our Duisburg depot before loading.
How a drop-off point works
1. Prepare your boxes Close them, label them with the recipient’s name and add the destination: Douala or Yaoundé.
2. Drop them at the shop Come during the shop’s opening hours. Those hours are the shop’s own: we do not publish them here.
3. Have the drop-off recorded Ask for your drop-off to be noted on site. If you are given a reference, keep it: it is used for container tracking.
4. The shop forwards your boxes to us They travel to Duisburg, are packed, and are loaded into the container.

Call the drop-off point before you travel, during its opening hours. If a number does not answer, contact us and we will pass your request on to the person in charge.
The addresses above are those of our partner shops. The network changes as shops open and close: check with us before travelling for a large drop-off, or write to us for the exact address of a point.
Preparing a drop-off
- Label every box: recipient’s name, collection city (Douala or Yaoundé) and total number of boxes.
- Estimate the volume: in sea groupage, the minimum chargeable volume is 1 m³. The rate card gives prices per m³ and per item.
- Flag special items: some goods, such as alcohol and perfume, are priced on site and against an invoice.
- Do not drop off a vehicle at a shop: vehicles are received at the Duisburg depot, by appointment.
Can’t get there?
We arrange home collection of your boxes on request. Collection is planned around the container departure: let us know a few days before the date you have in mind.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment to drop off boxes?
For a few boxes, no: come during the shop’s opening hours. For a large volume, let us know: we coordinate the drop-off with the partner point.
Can I drop off a vehicle at a shop?
No. Vehicles are received at the Duisburg depot, where loading into the container is prepared. Contact us to arrange reception.
My city is not on the list
Write to us: depending on where you are, we can offer a nearby partner point, a home collection or a drop-off in Duisburg.
How long before departure should I drop off?
As early as possible. Boxes must be in Duisburg before loading: we give you the drop-off deadline when we confirm the departure.
