Visiting the depot
The depot is in Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia. It is reachable by car, with space to unload your boxes directly.
- Drop your boxes during opening hours, Monday to Friday
- On Saturdays the depot receives by appointment only
- For a vehicle, let us know in advance: loading is planned around the container departure

Can I visit without an appointment?
Yes, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. On Saturdays, visits are by appointment only.

Where do I collect my goods on arrival?
In Douala, at the Sic Cacao collection point. We let you know as soon as the container has cleared customs and is available.
